Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Healing (60 Minutes)
This 1:1 session is a slow, supportive, body-centered healing space designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release chronic stress, and reconnect with your body in a safe and compassionate way.
Trauma, prolonged stress, and emotional overwhelm are stored not just in the mind—but in the nervous system and body. This session focuses on listening to the body, rather than forcing release or insight.
Everything is paced according to your Window of Tolerance, ensuring the work remains grounding and supportive—not activating or overwhelming.
What This Session Focuses On
Rather than “pushing through,” we work with:

Nervous system regulation and resourcing

Somatic awareness and gentle body-based practices

Supporting the shift from fight/flight/freeze into safety

Building capacity for presence and emotional tolerance

Reconnecting with the body without force or pressure
This is a bottom-up approach to healing, allowing regulation to come before insight.
